The 15 by 15 multiplication chart

Know the 12s already? The 1-15 multiplication chart adds three more tables: the 13s, 14s and 15s. That takes the chart to 225 answers, with 15 × 15 = 225 in the bottom right corner.

The 15 times table is the friendly one here. It is just the 10s and the 5s added together, and it shows up all the time with minutes on a clock: 15, 30, 45, 60.

Who is this chart for?

Students in 5th and 6th grade who work with factors, multiples and fractions, and anyone who wants quicker mental math. Knowing that 13 × 13 is 169 and 14 × 14 is 196 comes in handy more often than you might think.

A trick for the new tables

Split the big number. For 14 × 6, do 10 × 6 = 60 and 4 × 6 = 24, then add them up to get 84. Point at 14 × 6 in the chart to check.
